The warm and cozy Puddleducks cafe sat on the corner of the small town of Cong, Ireland on a rainy and cold day. After ordering a toasty chai latte and caesar wrap, I looked around at the shelves filled with local hot sauce, pasta sauce, seasonings, honey, Irish mustard, jam, and more.

What stood out the most to me was the local peanut butter! This was the first time I had seen peanut butter throughout the entire trip. I wonder what made Puddleducks cafe, out of every other establishment in the other larger cities I had been to, have this treasure.

On other things to do in Cong, the birthplace of A Quiet Man – the Quiet Man Museum and statue, the bridge intersecting the borders of Galway and Mayo, and the graveyard ruins.
